@itechnology If you access the pages using a VPN, then there is something in your system, network or ISP blocking your access.

Saved passwords in the new Opera works pretty much the way it does in Chrome. You type in a username/password and it asks if you want to save it. The next time you use that same page it should already be filled in.

Sync seems to be down for everyone at the moment.
