No. It was the page of extensions shop. There was pop-window "allow/block", and I was stupid enough to click "allow".But when notification appears on my screen, it has a title "Opera browser".

Я в таких случаях удаляю оперу, вычищаю реестр, а потом ставлю заново. Помогает чаще всего. Но если и это не помогает, то надо сносить систему и организовать всё сначала. Я это делаю периодически, примерно раз в год. -

@amirok: На Опере не замечал проблем. Чувак на хабре пишет, что ЯБ запретил ЭТО расширение у себя, будто ОНО скрытой рекламой занимается и трафик перегружает. Я так полагаю, это бог наказывает яндекс за его наглое подлое поведение в интернете.
