You should have Opera 41 by now; the current version is 41.0.2353.46. Can you try with this version?
Also, if it still does not work, you can temporarily turn off the extension or any other extension you might have installed, reload the page and retry. Did it help, hopefully?

Edit: Seems it's the issue of an overzealous blocking list in the ad blocking solution. So the list itself would need an update if you want to use the page; or, you can turn off ad-blocking on this page.

This will be hard to investigate. I use Opera developer on a daily basis for Gmail both at home (Windows 10) and in work (Windows 7) and the latest public developer works perfectly for me.
Last possible check, if you can, please: could you download the Opera developer portable installer https://net.geo.opera.com/opera_portable/developer/windows and try to install to some standalone location, e.g. C:\OperaDevUSB\ ? In this case you should have the profile saved under that path as well so that you could see if it works for you or not.

Can you please check Settings > Privacy & Security, scroll to the 'Cookies' section and make sure that you have the setting "Allow local data to be set (recommended)" enabled? If it is so, perhaps there is an issue with saving your profile data - then perhaps steps as indicated above would help.

Ok, thanks. We'll try with these extensions too. But beforehand: if you say everything works in the private mode, it actually might be one of the extensions (extensions do not work in private mode unless you explicitly tell them to work).
You might also just disable the extensions from within Opera and retry, even without backing up your profile. That would be easier.

Can you please also quit Opera, temporarily back up your profile, remove the profile from the original location, rerun Opera and retry? Did it help?
What is your OS? Do you have any extensions? Do you use VPN? (if so, does it happen with VPN on and off)? -

For all of you who recently have issues with VPN in the developer version: Can you please go to the "Settings / Privacy & security" section, then in the Privacy section, click the button "Clear browsing data" then select only "Third party services data" and clear it? It should fix the issue for you.

Are you using Opera Stable?
There are some issues regarding touch screens that we are aware of, but nothing so severe as in your case here.
You could try to copy the profile folder to a safe location, and if possible - use this profile folder in another installation (on another machine?) to see if everything is OK.

Thanks for the report but I am unable to reproduce it - a number of Deezer tracks play correctly here (and I don't even have any add-ons).
Do you have VPN/Turbo on? Or, maybe do you have the setting for plugins (Settings / Websites / Plugins) turned off?
