Just an idea:
Open a new tab Press Ctrl-Shift-I to open the developer toolbar Select the Network tab Paste the problematic url and press ENTER Check if an entry appears in the Network tab (in my case it doesn't but just downloads the file) If it doesn't, check in the Console tab to see if there's any message (just in case)Of course, also try with a portable version to make sure there's nothing else affecting your browser. Are you using the latest one?
