3 core with 10G ram
4 core with 8G ram

how much CPU and RAM need for one opened tab?
or Do I have to follow a certain ratio for this choice?

In opera 74.0, when a video is on page (even I not play it) the screen contrast goes to high.
(to resolve it, I have to play a video clip on my pc explorer and then close it or restart the pc.)
why this happened and how resolve this permanently?
