I have nothing to add - this change is ridiculous! Revert to previous behavior! If you really want, keep that only for the Bookmarks Bar folder!

Can't uninstall OperaOpera for Windows
When I try to uninstall Opera I receive a prompt "Insufficient privileges to install in chosen location" (or something like that, I'm translating from my national language).
What can I do know?
I don't see any uninstaller in Opera folder.
As far as I know it's not possible to run Windows Settings with elevated permissions... -
RE: Can't uninstall OperaOpera for Windows
@burnout426 Wow, cool... that will be my favorite part:
"Delete any Opera subkeys under "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall".
Delete any Opera subkeys under "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall".

Delete "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\OperaStable". (Delete Operabeta, Operadeveloper, and "Opera GXStable" ones in "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes" too.)
Delete "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\OperaStable" if it's still there. (Delete Operabeta, Operadeveloper, and "Opera GXStable" ones in "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT" too if they're still there.)"
OK, I'm afraid I'm afraid I'll have to do this, so, honestly, thanks for your help!
But I'd like to now why it happens? How can you break the uninstaller so that it doesn't work?

@donq I bet caching. As far as I know the only solution for Blink based browsers is to create RAM disc and move cache there...

Stuttering history pages scrollingOpera for Windows
I've got a problem with history page scrolling. I think it started when the new history page layout was introduced.
Now scrolling usually doesn't work when the cursor is placed over the entries until I move it. It also doesn't work for the same reason when I try to scroll history using arrow keys immediately after opening history page.
When the cursor is placed over the background, scrolling usually works, but it stops randomly.Has anyone noticed the same problem too?
Windows 10 202H with last Opera build.

RE: Help us create a better address bar experienceBlogs
Actually I don't need shortcuts in address bar, because I have sidebar and toolbar buttons.
I'm not even sure whether SD pages should be there but if you want to add them, add only the most-visited SD pages.I'd to see in the drop-down sidebar bigger section with recently closed pages - at least six. So there could be six recently closed, three "Visit Again" and three shortcuts.

RE: Aliexpress promotion in sidebar and start pageOpera for Windows
I've tolerated some Speed Dial adverts, but that huge icon on the sidebar is too much. I'm really thinking about switching to Edge or Vivaldi... Do you know some good and safe speed dial extension? I don't need much more to be honest, all extensions I use are in Chrome Web Store...

RE: Custom scaling factor parameter without window vertical position reset?Opera for Windows
Nobody has any idea what to do? And why such a problem appears?
I thought that perhaps down scaled window is too big, but really small window behaves in the same way.
