Поиск по вкладкам тоже пригодился бы, но недавно закрытые вкладки нужнее!!! 
Оставьте обе функции!

I can not reproduce the problem. It happens sometimes. I not one use a computer, privacy is violated when someone starts the opera and see my previously open tabs. The problem there is a very long time, it seems more with 38 version. And not necessarily the last tab is opened!
OS: Windows 10
