When I was about to test Opera it updated itself to version 103.0.4928.16
It looks like I no longer have the problem.
Maybe the update fixed it.
If the problem reappears I will get back.

I have compared Opera and Google Chrome.
The Opera is terribly power hungry.
I have disabled all addons.
With one page and everything at idle Opera consumes 35% of the cpu. With google only 2%.
The laptop keyboard surrounding on the left hand of my laptop gets so hot that you can't hold your hand there without burning it.

Opera for WindowsMouse stutters as soon as Opera is installed.
- Installed new 64 bit windows 10 Pro Version 21H2, OS Version 19044.12088.
- Mouse movements works smooth as it should.
- Installed Opera 90.0
- Mouse stutters. Absolutely very difficult to work at any speed.. You have to wait move the mouse and wait and so on.
I uploaded a video showing the behavior as I move the mouse at a constant speed across the screen.
