I meant formerly the tooltips behave normally (did not disappear immediately). Maybe 1-2 weeks ago theey started to fail. When you put the mouse pointer over an element of the website, the tooltip appears for a split second and then disappears. It is impossible to read anything on it.

After some time, the tooltips began to disappear quickly. In other browsers, they behave normally. Why?
