@sgunhouse Windows 10 64-bit. By the way, I'm using the Classic Start Menu (http://www.classicshell.net/). Opera 76.0.4017.107. Maybe there's a registry key involved.
I see the same behaviour with Acrobat Reader, but not with any other application.
