И кстати в других браузерах типа хром, фаирфокс такого нет, конкретно опера не дружит с фреш

Try right clicking on a flash video file, go into settings - Enable hardware acceleration - if it's checked, uncheck it, reload page. If it's unchecked, check it and reload. I've known this to cause problems in the past.
