Updated windows, now same error also with 102.0.4880.78

@leocg certainly, uninstalled either with the uninstaller or by subsequently deleting all the Opera-related folders. Even using the full installers, I can only install with the version 102 one

I restart Opera for the update and I always find myself with version 102.0.4880.78. Full installers indicate an error in a .pak

@caobita MacOs 13.2.2, Opera 97.0.4719.28. Works fine as always
