I have mailto set to mail.google.com, but clicking on email addresses on websites does not take me to gmail and a new email; actually sometimes nothing has happened, and today a new tab is opening. I have the most recent version of Opera, 58.0.3135.68. Anyone have any suggestions?

RE: [Solved]Deleted desktop icon back on every updateOpera for computers
Likewise, then, the installer is not finding what it expects and is installing a new shortcut on your desktop, I suppose. This does not sound like a bug, but they could do what many programs do and ask if you want a shortcut on the desktop.

Webpage appears then disappearsOpera for Windows
Using 58.0.3135.107. A particular website CBC.ca appears and then disappears after 2 or 3 seconds. This has started today. It is not happening with Firefox or Chrome. Any suggestions? I have no new extensions added or enabled that weren't in place before this.

RE: Webpage appears then disappearsOpera for Windows
I think it is the ad block built in to Opera - when I turn it off for cbc.ca then things remain, with it on the page goes blank today. So maybe Opera would look into this and see if the ad block is a wee bit too powerful here.

Placement of new bookmarks on Bookmark BarOpera for Windows
At times, I want to bookmark something for my wife to see on her machine (since Opera is synchronized between our machines) so I simply add it to the Bookmarks Bar. In Opera, the new bookmark goes on the left side of the Bookmarks Bar shoving over the current entries to the right. Could it be placed on the far right side instead, as in Chrome, so as not to disturb the existing arrangement?
