I have the same problem with Opera 41.0.2353.46, when starting.
I tried to install in separate location, same problem.
I tried to install with stadalone installer, same problem. With Opera beta, same problem.
I have try form an another windows profil, same problem.

When it crashing, windows popup says (in French):
