Goto the URL opera://about and take note of the "install" path. Then, in your file explorer goto the install folder, go in the latest version folder and go into the "resources" folder. Then, open up the keywords.json file in a text editor. You will see:
"hot", "hote", "hotels.", "hotels.c", "hotels.co",Then, look in the specific_keywords.json file and you'll see "hotels_com". Then, look in the "travel_intent_keywords.json" file and you'll see "hotel".
You will notice that some of those things are locale-dependent and there are different lists depending on the locale.
Also, at the top of those files, you'll see a key/hash that protects the files from modifications.
Long story short, Opera is adding the suggestion.
