I think it is because I have UxStyle and a Blank font installed. The font was bundled with the Soft8 theme I use. I couldn't remove it, and safe mode doesn't work on my PC so I guess I'll have to reinstall Windows 8.1 to fix this phew!

Hmm I can't find Opera listed in Revo uninstaller. Maybe because I installed Opera as a standalone install?

Hi!
When I go to About, help or printer page there is no text. I have tried to delete my profile folder and deleted and uninstalled any opera version I could find. I have also tried Opera beta 29.0.1795.41 still but still no dice.

Opera for WindowsRE: Opera ver 28.0.1750.48 slow in Windows 8.1
Just had to delete files again.
Is this getting any attention?This happens to me too, I've installed the latest Opera Beta and will delete my sessions.db and session.dbak and see if it still slows down.
My session.db file is 82MB so there is definitely something bad going on.
You guys could try Opera betas and stalk the blog posts and nag them about this issue, the more often the better.
