It appears that you might need to do something on the Settings. Just simply go to the Preferences > Manage exceptions, then remove everything you see on the list of Exceptions. Just click on the three dots and then click remove, rinse and repeat for other websites as well. Once done, Restart the browser to take effect. We attached a screenshot to show you.

speed dial add itselfOpera for Android
Hello there,
While we use opera mobile just this today we saw a suspicious "football" speed dial added itself and it has a link with website i do not understand, with many letters and numbers that dont resemble with the normal URL. Does anyone have the same problem?
Note i did not do a screenshot because i forgot.

I think everyone is also getting the same issue. Even if there is an adblock activated and assume is there isn't a white list, you should not see an YouTube ad or any google-related advertisements on Opera browser. I think Opera needs to make a major patch, but for now is there something else like a website to close advertisements (such as viewpure or watchkin). you can still watch on Opera, but the chances on getting an ad is not as high as like using the one without an adblock.

I do not understand; I know Opera is a web browser with an ad-block turned on, and promises that can block even the best ads including YouTube, but for a reason this happens and even on the mobile version this thing happen. Has Opera started having problems on adblocking and why there is still a YouTube ad? Is there something wrong on its adblock?
