Everytime I download anything, a popup on the top right shows up and it doesn't disappear until I click a second time, It wasn't really annoying until the 100th click

In the topic https://forums.opera.com/topic/32190/the-option-to-disable-downloads-icon-popup/26?lang=en-US a user had showed an extension called "hide download shelf" which actually removed it, but that was for the old download popup format, the extension itself stopped working on this new format and I've not been able to find any updated extension nor a way to remove this popup
