Issue was resolved in Opera 37. Also this works fine in Opera 38 and Opera 39 dev version.

I think this url should be placed in the menu again or these buttons, "Theme Catalog" and "My Themes", which were in side panel on speed dial page and on settings page, should be restored to easy get to needed group of themes. I hope Opera developers will restore this functionality.

Yes I know about this. But it's not convenient to search installed themes in huge list of installed and not installed themes because they are shuffled. "Theme Catalog" and "My Themes" buttons helped me with this until they were removed.

I would like to see installed themes to delete some of them to free space on disk.
But there is no way in Opera 37 see only installed themes.
It's will be very convenient to have these buttons again.

Yes. In my case it happens for all downloads that normally resumed with Opera 35. I am specially reverted to Opera 35 to test this issue. You can try for example download some version of Opera browser from their official FTP https://ftp.opera.com/pub/opera/desktop/ then stop on half of progress. After that reopen browser and try to resume this download.

Opera 35 after reopen asks about incomplete downloads. If say "Yes" browser resumes all incomplete downloads, if say "No" it shows only Restart button for incomplete downloads and if say "Ask later" it don't do anything.

Opera 36 after reopen don't asks any questions and just leave only ability to Restart incomplete downloads.

There is only Restart button available for interrupted download.
In Opera 35 Resume and Cancel buttons were available.

Is it bug or technical decision ?

Could be nice to see tab switcher in old visual design with mirror under pages and effect of depth while scrolling tabs but in full screen like in this version. Interesting to compare both implementations. In new version animation of selected tab is too fast for me.
