No VPN, No Firewall.
But I think theres something wrong with the DNS-over-HTTPS in Opera.
I disabled it and it works now.

Only Opera GX seems to not be able to connect to the internet, other browsers are doing fine.
Is this really a server-side issue or is it just me?
Pages vary from saying:
“You’re offline”
“ERR_FAILED”
“DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_SECURE_CONFIG”I’ve already flushed and reset my DNS and netsh, reset my router, restarted PC, nothing worked.
