The scroll bar is very thin, making clicking difficult. And the internal windows have thinner bars.... Very annoying... Can anyone tell me how to increase the width? How did someone not notice this?

Could someone explain to me how to change the dimensions of the scrollbar? Opera's bar is extremely thin, making it almost impossible to use the mouse cursor.
