Not sure if its a bug, or just a lack of function. But the power saver turns off every time i close the browser and as a result of that, i need to turn it on manually, every time i use the browser(very often) which is quite annoying.

Is there any fix for this? Or can this be improved for the next version please.

Bad solution. I don't want to touch anything from Windows, when the problem is in Opera (Chromium).

Yes, same here. This is also in google chrome's latest update, so it is very likely related to chromium.
Please fix it, its not enjoyable anymore. (Thinking to switch browser too) ://
