Classic Opera.
The problem is that I clicked the sync button, which, as it turns out, I shouldn't have.
It seems Opera automatically saves all notes made in the Express panel.
The saved entries on the Express Panel are a single copy; I did not duplicate them.

When I tried to sync, all my records in Express Panel were lost. How can I recover them?

Решил синхронизировать свои паки, закладки, и данные было очень много всего, после синхронизации остались только нижние папки и закладки на экспресс-панели всё остальное удалилось я в шоке от этой оперы
КАК ВСЁ ВЕРНУТЬ ОБРАТНО?

Синхронизация не работает

Проблема всё ещё актуальна! Но похоже тех. поддержка отдана в руки пользователей. И, толку ноль.
