Are you suggesting I de-install it and then reinstall it? I just forced an install and was not asked whether I wanted it for all users.

Note currently there is no opera folder in c:\program files.

How do I get opera to use a single directory in c:\program files\opera and not leave files in c:\program files such as opera.exe and directories such as 84.0.4316.21.

The system is win10 (x64) with the latest release.

Opera leaves multiple older copies of itself in c:\program files. I currently have 4 directories of various v56 releases and 6 directories of v57. Can they be deleted and how do I stop the creation of these.

The system is win10 x64.
