It's exactly what I needed

Useless is in the mind of the beholder. Useless for you perhaps. I have no problem with the defaults that are there, and so many great options to add engines, and easily use them, even if not the default.

But now built in sync is under development and available even in opera stable (via a flag), so that doesn't matter.
