Thank you so much for the tip! Sorry for replying so late, but it took me a lot of time to try everything you suggested. I was just on the point of giving up, when today I finally detected the cookie my bank had placed. I erased it and - hooray! - my old user name is gone.

Thank you for the tip! Sorry for replying so late, but it took me a lot of time to unfortunately find out that I'm not able to find and delete the cookie.

After a change of my bank account, my bank provided me with a new user name for online banking. Every time I open my bank's login site, my old user name appears and has to be erased manually before I can fill in my present user name.
I tried to empty the cache, bowser data, autofill option etc. - but so far in vain. My old uer name seems to be unerasable! Has anybody an idea what I could do to replace the user name?
