Looking for english Utube or video extension but so far all i have found are non english, how do you tell what language a extension is in?

I have opera 28 and I keep seeing posts that refer to Choose VIEW, but The View selection is not available, where is it hidden?

I click the red O and get a drop down menu. There are two items for extensions., A menu item Extensions and a Menu Item Get Extensions, I have Googled it and read the forums here. I do not have a FILE, EDIT, VIEW or any other type of menu item. Just the Red O. I tried Right clicking the menu bar at the top. middle bookmark bar and bottom.

I was unaware that all extensions were only available in Russian, but the descriptions are all in English.. Sound kinda like the car dealers and politicians here in the US, Neither know what Truth is anymore.

So how to uninstall Extensions please.. they are NOT in the Control Panel add remove programs. I really love the speed this works at after I added Ghostly to it.. It put Firefox to shame. I gave up on IE back in 1999.
