I am experiencing this too. Disabling extensions did nothing. Turbo disabled brought a different error "Web page is not available". In a quicj cross check Chrome, Opera 12 gave web site not available. But another time it would work on Chrome but not Opera 26

Whenever I try to connect to Photonet using Opera 26, I get the error message "Connection refused: photo.net:80"

I can connect using Opera 12 and Chrome. Why not suddenly using Oepra 26. Seems it must be peculiar to my install/setup as ti works elsewher. Any help appreciated.
