Syncing Speed Dial was working perfectly with old classic Opera Mobile but not with the new one.

Is not helpful on Chrome, it will not work with Opera - mainly because scale option is in settings and ain't gonna check that with 3 clicks and after that to rescale again. Besides, "visiting a site with zoom disabled" is not the issue here.

You need root and following apps installed

Root explorer ( i prefer Es explorer) Opera for Android Chrome

Once you're logged into your google account on Chrome, make sure your bookmarks are synced. Close it!

Open root explorer and goto

/data/data/com.android.chrome/app_chrome/Default/

Copy Bookmarks and paste it into

/data/data/com.opera.browser/app_opera/

Delete Bookmarks.bak and open Opera for Android, voila!

Screw Opera team, i've found a way to do this without xposed module. I'm using custom rom and it let's me configure all hard keys (i've a Galaxy) to my needs, i've configured Back key long press action to enable Expanded desktop and it works flawlessy! It's like immersive mode but keyboard works!
