Hi, I've installed last version of opera (60.0.3255.151). How can i active opera turbo?

I've also installed add on button opera turbo but doesn't seem work

Today Opera Turbo doesn't work well, some pages do not load, other pages open slowly, others open normally

Quickly turn on/off the Turbo mode

To reach the setting easily, you better bookmark this

and access frequently.

setting-> in the field research i write "turbo"
in this way i see option Turbo, then i added the page in bookmark

I use mobile line 4G
Last evening is locked one time, i have disabled Turbo Opera....the page web is charged normally doing the refresh, then i have actived Turbo
The problems could be of my ISP

yerstarday evening for two hours was slow, ping very high

today OPERA TURBO doesn' work well with my ISP, somentimes the line is locked or slowed...
why?
