Ok, messing around Activity monitor today and notice it indicates opera helpers using 11GB of memory. Why on earth would this happen. I have 40 pages open, sure, but empirically, I don't see one with more than 10 MB data in the lot. Thanks.

Edit: Opened same pages in Safari and Safari uses 4.9 GB so while the questions remains, obviously I just didn't realize how much memory browsers use to be efficient. I have 32GB total.

Hi, I'm fairly new to Opera. Maybe using a month. Just got around to adding to other devices this morning.

Synchronization is not working between iMac (original install) and MBPro. Strangely, I have an Other Speed Dials in bookmarks that appears to work on MB Pro and iMac. And bookmarks are synced or my automatic import when making Opera default browser on MB Pro was remarkably close to iMac (which could be because Safari was syncing bookmarks before). History seems to be working too. But my tabs and settings and preferences and extensions are not synced. They should be synced, right?

When I first logged into sync.opera.com I got a 502 error a few refreshes but the summary data there now looks right.

I did Reset Sync data there twice this morning but I still don't think it is working right.

I appreciate any advice you have here.

ps I have iOS synced speed dial and tabs. I take it history does not sync
