It has been reported since a while so i guess it's known.
It's known but no one is doing nothing to fix it?

Download Opera browser with:
Description: I use Opera Developer 39.0.2248.0. After enabling VPN, then logging in to any site is distratced with a dialog (http://www.upload.ee/image/5868872/5.jpg).
Steps to reproduce:
Actual result: Instead of logging in, this dialog box opens: http://www.upload.ee/image/5868872/5.jpg. When clicking ,,Sign in" without entering any credentials, then page is refreshed and I am not logged in. Same happens when clicking ,,Cancel".
Expected result: Afer clicking ,,Log in", page refreshes and I am logged in.
this (http://www.upload.ee/image/5856243/7.jpg) error showed up from nowhere. I didn't have Opera opened during the time, when this error popped-up. What is this error about and where should I click, when this error comes up again? Is it related with software or operating system?
Another thing is that after upgrading to Opera Developer x64 39.0.2248.0, then Lastpass extension is not showing account switch, when it should be. Accounts don't show up, when right-click is made on Lastpass icon in log-in place.
This picture should represent the log-in place: http://www.upload.ee/image/5856262/8.jpg
There should be an account to choose, but it has an blank place.
How to move from x64 to ,,auto-update" version without loosing present settings and bookmarks of Opera?
Install the 32 bits build.
Should I use ,,Opera_Developer_39.0.2234.0_Autoupdate.exe" or ,,Opera_Developer_39.0.2234.0_Setup.exe"? What is the difference between them?
If a new feature of browser is activated, then more memory & CPU is consumed. So I think that the loss is bigger than the gain and it is another marketing trick as no detailed technical information has not brought to public awareness. Let me remind you that first introductory post in Opera's blog was including more small talk than detailed information, what Power Saver function makes exactly.
