"Webget" can be somewhat nasty to get rid of. It's usually installed as part of a "bundle" with other downloaded software (including browser extensions) or as a fake instance of some other "legitimate-named" software, and thereafter 'lives' in your system at several levels. Removal generally involves multiple steps: removing the Webget program by ordinary uninstallation; removing several WebGet adjunct programs from your browser(s) using a tool like AdwCleaner; removing the virus component using a tool like Hitman Pro; and (if the Webget came in with some extension you imported), removing that extension.
