Login data will not work unless you actually cloned the original drive, but bookmarks and favorites should - if you copied them to the right folder (and overwrote the existing files). Keep in mind, you will need to copy both the *.db and *.db-journal files - if the journal is out of sync it presumes the database is corrupt.
