After many updates, this isn't still implemented in Opera. When you close and reopen, Opera does not "remember" the size of the pop out window. In addition, if you run a multiple monitor setup, and you move the pop out window to another monitor, it opens the next pop out window in the main screen. This does not happen with other browsers
Any plans to implement this "feature"?
@bestcodes it does remember the size when you do not close opera, but not the position if you use multiple monitors. If you close opera and reopen it it resets size and position in Windows 10
It would be nice to implement a feature that Firefox has. The browser to "remember" the position and size of pop out videos (like youtube for example) so we don't have to move and resize the pop out window every time.

@burnout426 Tried many installations. 80.0.4170.72, 79.0.4143.22 till 48.0.2685.32 did not work. Of course, I didn't try every version. Installed 34.0.2036.25 and it works. It updated to 42.0.2393.137 works also...
@burnout426 It will be very time consuming... But I'll try it. I hope that I do not have to go way back in 2020 versions...

@burnout426 Yes that is the software. This window manager app let you specify fields on your monitor/monitors that windows snap to them. When you drag the window, on the top of the screen appears a pop up with the fields that you made. By dragging the window in each of those fields the window snaps in the area. See the clip below

So with every application it is working fine (including Firefox, Chrome, Edge etc.). But by dragging Opera windows, the top pop up does not appear at all.
There is a similar thread back in 2020. So it hasn't been fixed since then
I realized that this problem is mentioned before but hasn't been fixed. Every other program, including all other browsers (I'm using Firefox at this moment due to this problem) is working perfectly. I cannot use the browser that I was always using and liked. I suppose all users that have or purchase a Samsung monitors will have to abandon it, I guess. And yes, I've used other free monitor managing programs, but any of them doesn't have the very convenient top monitor pop up feature.
