Just writing a comment that I would also like to have it back. I have disabled the flag for now but it would be great to have it as an option. It is a great ease-of-use feature that I love(d) in Opera. There are many more people who think this feature is useful as seen in other threads asking what happened to the feature. I hope Opera devs consider adding it back in officially as an option. Maybe the current search is the default, but allowing a the option to switch to this in the settings would be great.

RE: Where is the "Recently closed tabs/Tab menu" button on the top right?Opera for computers
I also came here to see if it was really gone as that is one feature I really liked in Opera.
Perhaps they could have it as an option to add it back in, beside the search.
Or, they could have the search open tabs and recently closed tabs within that search icon. (Before it had recently closed and below it, open tabs)I basically never have to search what tabs I've got open but I do often want to reopen a tab I recently closed, sometimes because I closed it by accident and being able to quickly get it back is very much appreciated.

Snapshot tool in sidebar - unexpected behaviour/bug?Opera for Windows
The screenshot/snapshot tool in the sidebar doesn't capture more than what is seen on screen at the same time. i.e. Before I could scroll down and capture a very tall image of a website from the very top to the footer. Now it seems to cut the top away as I scroll down, so that as I've scrolled/panned to the bottom it only captures this bottom-most screen (and not a long, tall image of the entire website). I've also experienced where it tries to get a taller image but a portion will be grey/blank/un-captured.
It seems to work fine when I am only looking to capture a small portion of the screen.A bit of trouble explaining but hope you can understand. Could you look into fixing it?
I'm using Opera 53.0.2907.68 Stable (says it's up-to-date) and on Windows 10 (64-bit).

RE: White screen 'flashbang' when opening pagesOpera for Windows
Hopefully they'll do something about it.
What if they have it white if your browser is light theme and a black screen if in dark theme. -

RE: Few problems with Opera 60Opera for Windows
I have experienced another issue. On the Speed Dial, I can only move/drag the website tiles from right to left.
If I instead drag one from the left and move it on to the right, as I'm holding the mouse button the tile shifts to the left - showing that the one I'm dragging is going to go on the blank space on the right. As I let go of the mouse it jumps back to the left. This only happened when moving a left tile to the right, and not with a right tile to the left. -

RE: Memory issues after windows update.Opera for Windows
For me it seems to be happening too. Also when I opened Opera (49.0.2725.47) for the first time today it would freeze for a few seconds followed by the window going '(Not responding)' and this too with just two tabs open. I restarted the computer and it seem better for the freezes but I think it uses more CPU% and Memory than it did before. Also Opera Neon is using less memory (like 900MB) than standard Opera browser for the same tabs.

I've restarted my computer and re-pinned to the taskbar a few times and now it seems to be working as normal. Don't know what was happening.

[Solved]Opera shortcut in taskbar doesn't work. Launches and creates a second icon.Opera for Windows
I'm using Opera version: 47.0.2631.55 (PGO), Stable and on Windows 10 64-bit (WoW64)
Just recently, my pinned shortcut on my taskbar said that the shortcut couldn't locate Opera.exe so I manually went into the install directory and launched it. This resulted in Opera opening in a different window/icon on the taskbar. I removed the initial one and re-pinned the new one. Now I've managed to get Opera to launch from clicking the new pinned shortcut but it still opens as a new process/icon/shortcut on the taskbar. I'm unsure of the treminology for these things so I'm linking a small screenshot.
Can someone help me with this, getting it back to 'normal' functionality?
