This is not exactly Opera problem then, can be Windows or Chromium (both Opera and Chrome are based on that) problem. Well, Edge is also Chromium based...

You could update video drivers in Windows (freshly bought computers may have outdated drivers easily), you also can disable graphics hardware acceleration in Opera.
