Google Hangouts does no work anymore. Not on Ubuntu 15.10 and not on Windows. The browser keeps wanting to install the hangouts-plugin which is already installed. Am I the only one with this failure? In case not please advice what to do to make Google Hangouts work again.

Two Windows computers:
-Version: 36.0.2130.29 - Opera is up to date Update stream: beta System: Windows 7 64-bit (WoW64)
-Version: 36.0.2130.29 - Opera ist auf dem neuesten Stand Update-Stream: beta System: Windows 10 32-bit

and an Ubuntu computer:

Version: 36.0.2130.29 - Opera ist auf dem neuesten Stand Update-Stream: beta Betriebssystem: Ubuntu 15.10 (x86_64; Unity)
