If the tool is working or not depend on the browser that is used.
The readme.txt clearly says it is for Chrome based browsers.
That by itself is already not true, since Chrome is just one of the browsers based on the Chromium engine.
Those are two different things.
Correct would be saying on Chromium based browsers.
Opera (earlier versions) are based on Presto, while later versions are based on Blink.
