@annoyed-at-updates Most probably because the issue has nothing to do with an update of Opera but with some change in Google Hangouts, that ended up breaking the workarounds done to make the page usable in Opera.

that makes complete sense, yeah. alright, so i'm still annoyed at updates being shoved down my throat, but i'm annoyed at Google's updates instead of Opera's! i now know what my true enemy is! 😁
