whenever i try and install a mod it goes dark and does the spin wheel thing but then goes back to the install button.

@sgunhouse hey i figured out how to fix it like 10 mins after i posted but i forgot to delete it lol.
all i did was restart and clear all non personal data and they came back. thanks tho

I was cleaning up my tiles and I accidentally deleted the default ones that had the custom image on them and id like to know if there was a way to restore them or if there is any files I can look thru to find them
