@miyukiwork after several days of testing, I can confirm that everything works well for me. I have about 700 passwords. Waiting time close to zero.

@miyukiwork I have 708 passwords. If I only have a small amount of passwords, the issue doesn't reproduce. Same problem with beta version.
If I surf on a website with authentication, I have to wait about 40 seconds before the username and password fields are filled. After this long wait, subsequent authentications are fast, on any site. The problem recurs with a new browsing session. - Opera for Android
