no if you want to use opera in your pc then unninstall all other browser except opera then opera will be your default browser

when i click on button in power saver mode it just give message "thanks to the ad blocker..." .i think that power saver is directly related to adblocker and it doesnt have any real use.

No!it is not server dependent as "it is written on site that download url is available for 12-24 hrs" but opera cant support resumable downloads

as written above the major problem of opera is "it doesn,t supports resumable downloads" we are not able to download large files like 1gb etc.when internet connection disconnect it start again from the beginning
