I confirm this problem with 62.0.3331.72.
There are also problems on Downloads page - no way to remove downloads records, no way to open downloaded item or corresponding folder from there!

Still broken in 99.0.4788.65.
I connect phone from Opera side panel, it sends me to https://auth.opera.com/account where I authorize. Flow now works on side panel but for couple of minutes only.

Five workspaces barely enough for me - I want to have one workspace for my Project1, one more for Project2, one for my upcoming trip, one for my Music lesson, there are more. They also synchronize and seem to be messed up between home and work PC.
Without sidebar shown I would love to see name of my current Workspace somewhrere.

It started to work when I cleared my downloads. However it still does not show if file was downloaded and later deleted.

Issue is gone after I turn on h/w acceleration.

O28 also stopped saving passwords at all.

It's not important whether I use 'continue when I left off' or not since I cleaned up whole machine from all instances of Opera (read my post above).
So, it does not install on clear machine.

This happens on 3 Windows systems I have - Win XP x64 at work, Win7 corporate laptop and Win8.1 home desktop.
I can blame antivirus on coroprate systems, but there is no antivirus, firewalls or something on my home PC - anyway previous Opera installations were working fine on these machines.

I have to stick with O28 right now - can't upgrade.
Renamed opera_autoupdate.exe to opera_autoupdate.ex_ to disable update cause there is no other way I know of.
