@Juju376 don't know much but i know it can be stored locally on this path maybe you can use some file recovery software and tell it to search for records of the folder
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable\Default\IndexedDB\https_pinboard.opera.com

hello I really like the pinboard feature. however there is a gripe I have with it. when a website is first loading it's content sometimes the screenshot that opera chooses for the pin image is stuck and sometimes won't refresh to select an screenshot of a website that is fully loaded.

(and yes i am aware that you can choose a different image with the arrow buttons, but i want a screenshot!)

seems like every update they want to round or bevel or redesign something
its very annoying because I have to get used to it which I dont want to!

is there a way to go back to the original design of the context menu? (right click)
while the design is more slick and tidy I would like to scroll less and have all the options available to me in my context menu when I right click on an image
