after the update i tried reconnecting my flow cause i wanted to move back from opera gx, but i'm having issues, everytime i try to connect the initial steps work fine, after scanning the qr, my phone has me verify via fingerprint, while on the desktop, the opera account authentication screen comes up, fine but my phone browser throws up the confirmation code and then i get stuck, cause nothing shows up for me to enter the confirmation code and the process fails, help please
Opera flow is broken again. scan the code, get sent to settings to then manually sync everything, which redirects back to the opera.com/connect page that you scanned the QR on, loads a new page in its place, breaks the connection. logs you out of opera. desyncs everything. and now, when you try to start the process over flow refuses to connect. pair that with the rampant start up problems that everyone has tcomplained endlessly about and honestly the main reason i switched to opera: the ease of life features, are more tedium then they're worth. i shall ask the devs again directly. for the love of god can you make this browser work or no?
got it working, dont try to connect through the flow shortcut itself, go to opera.com/connect and connect from the qr that shows up there, working fine for me now
going to stop raging about the fact that 80% of the interface works about 50% of the time. don't have any real faith left in the development team anymore. cheers on your broken browser. maybe if you guys spent about 5 minutes more on actually working on your browser instead of censoring crriticism on your forum, maybe we'd have a working browser
opera crashes when i try to close a tab island while looking at a page in the island, repeated multiple times across multiple different websites
@yoppy25378 only had this happen after the update to the new UI, it was sometimes spotty before, but now it's just broken completely
@hinokami98 oh also, if you sync manually before engaging with the whole process, it never actually gets on to the confirmation screen. so bully, no opera flow for you, no matter how much you compensate for the broken code

what is up with the security on your browsers? i have had more password leaks in the last year that i've been using opera than i have in my entire life online. I'm starting to take the security nuts online seriously, when they say that Opera is compromised.

its been what, 6 updates since we started complaining about the start up problems on opera one? any chance that fixes might be coming?

@tpkmedyacom having the same issue evn with 10 tabs open, have just opened a new forum post relating to this as well. almost certain that this isn't a ram problem because 1/10 times it loads in immediately. Opera is just doing nothing to fix this buggy, busted release.
getting signed out with every update.
long start up time randomly for no apparent reason most of the time.
Is anything going to get done to correct these issues or are we just expected to live with it
