Working fine on my end.
Opera is not quite as safe overall due to its less reliable safe browsing solutions. Firefox has better security than Opera, but it's not the most secure web browser we've ever reviewed

Try Windows Key + Arrow Keys and move it to the monitor you're using, it worked for someone else so it might do the trick for you too.

If you are using Cloudflare CDN then Go to Cloudflare setting, SSL setting then make sure SSL setting is Full and save it
