Yes. In fact, I am back on this forum because it just turned itself back on and took up half my screen with an ad for facebook. Not cool.

Same here - disabled adverts for Facebook etc, disabled sidebar in settings but keeps popping up with ad for (currently) Facebook Messenger which I never actually use at all.

Envelope + heart image on otherwise blank start up page when clicked gives 'inspirational' messages - hugs from Opera, You're simply amazing, etc, etc.
How do I stop this running?

@leocg Same here - everything disabled/off that I can think of that may be doing this.

Same issue - no resolution.

Opera freezes at 'loading' when following a link in an email. This only happens if Opera is not already open. If it is, links follow perfectly!

Tried disabling/enabling turbo without any difference.

Any ideas for a workaround (other than opening Opera before I do anything else in the day)?

I'm having some issues sorting bookmarks:
Is there any way to select 'My Folders' and have the contents of all the folders sorted? It seems each folder has to be selected and sorted separately.
Similarly, if I select an individual folder, is there a way of getting the contents of sub-folders to sort without having to select each one and individually sort?
As an aside, sometimes the sorting is incomplete with most of the bookmarks sorted A-Z but a handful at the end of the list remaining unsorted. This resolves on re-selecting and sorting again (several times).

Thanks folks - fix worked perfectly.

When I type in the following URL (http://www.fencing.net/forums/forum.php)a Google search page opens rather than the requested page, as used to happen.

Opens OK in IE11 and as far as I know this is the only site that is 'affected'.

Opera 12, Win 7 Ult.
