when i middle click on the tab bar to add a tab, it doesn't work. when i try to drag links and images to the tab bar to open them, it doesn't work. pls help

so on my opera browser, tabs randomly move the to the far left of the tab bar
i looked in the settings but there's no option to disable it

for some reason, whenever i try to middle click to open or close a tab, it takes an unneccesary amount of middle clicks to process and execute the command. this issue can constantly stop and happen over and over.

this happens on opera gx and on chrome

update: the issue remains even after disabling Enhancer for YouTube. so it's not an issue with the extension, but with Opera GX itself

i use opera gx to watch youtube, and i use the enhancer for youtube extension, suddenly my enhancer for youtube stopped working. it's acting like I'm watching from an embed, e.g. reddit or discord, you can tell by the "Watch on YouTube" button i've highlighted. i tried reinstalling the extension and restarting my computer to no avail, is there any way to fix this?

before my opera gx got updated, middle clicking on a tab would not close it until released. after the update, the second you middle click a tab, it instantly closes.

is this due to the update? if so, how do i remove the feature?

i have the numlock status off (off means the numpad shouldnt work) but the numpad still works on opera gx. i tried on other programs and numlock applies there.
