Short of creating a Batch file (wow, remember those?), what harm in backing up the entire folder (mine is only 1GB) and restoring the whole thing -- rather than individual files? Any danger in doing it that way?

Double checking: In Android, that's Clear Data, correct? (It's in Privacy and Security, and separate from Cookies.)

I'll try data clearing first as removing Cookies will take a longer recovery (passwords, etc.).

@leocg yes, both opera's data savings and ad locker are both enabled.

I disabled data savings and ABC TV (see previous screencap) worked perfectly.

@leocg I'd buy that, but every site that guessing my location picks the Netherlands. I'd say that's a big coincidence and why I suspect there's something in either Opera or my Android OS that's pointing to the wrong country.

@leocg is not only Amazon... It occurs ion many sites.

Installed opera mobile last year in the U.S. I don't use opera's VPN (or any VPN).

Opera thinks I'm alway in the Netherlands; subsequently, Amazon and other sites agree.

How do I convince Opera to use my real location.!
